We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans
We’re proud to accept a wide range of dental insurance plans to make your care more accessible. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits, file claims, and answer any questions you may have about coverage. We’re in-network with the following PPO providers:
If you don’t see your provider listed, give us a call—we may still accept your plan or offer alternative options.
Will submit claims for out-of-network PPO plans
We are considered out-of-network (OON) with some PPO plans. If your PPO plan includes OON benefits, we’re happy to submit claims on your behalf so you can receive reimbursement directly from your insurance. Patients with OON benefits typically pay our office fee up front, then receive reimbursement from their plan.
Insurance can be confusing, but we’re here to help. Whether you’re in-network, out-of-network, or paying privately, we’ll explain your benefits clearly and review costs before treatment begins. Our goal is to make sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
Flexible financing options for your budget
If you’re uninsured or need to cover costs not included in your dental plan, we offer both third-party financing and in-house payment options. The Rohrbach Family Dental team is here to walk you through your choices and help you find the right solution for your needs.
Patients using CareCredit are required to pay in full at the time of service.
For established patients, we offer the option to pay 50% of the treatment cost at the time of service and set up a payment plan for the balance. This arrangement must be discussed with your care provider and confirmed prior to treatment.

Our membership plan has you covered
Our in-office membership plan offers real savings for patients without dental insurance. It’s a simple way to receive high-quality care while keeping costs manageable.
Enjoy discounted rates on a wide variety of treatments when you pay in full with cash or check at the time of service.
While our membership plan offers savings on many treatments, dental implants are not eligible for in-house payment plans; however, we offer CareCredit® and Affirm financing options to help make implant services more manageable.
Please note: No discounts can be given to patients whose treatment is billed through insurance.
